Tiger’s eye is a chatoyant quartz formed through the replacement of fibrous crocidolite, preserving the material’s original structure while creating the distinctive bands of shifting golden light for which it is known. When cut and polished, these fibers produce a reflective effect that appears to move across the surface as the stone is turned.
This polished tiger’s eye tower displays strong golden-brown coloration with pronounced chatoyancy visible across multiple faces. Broad bands of reflective gold contrast against darker sections, creating a dynamic appearance that changes with both lighting and viewing angle. The polish is smooth and even, highlighting the stone’s natural structure and characteristic luster.
