An authentic 4.6" Megalodon (Otodus megalodon) tooth recovered from the waters off the Carolina coast and sourced directly from the diver who found it.

This specimen remains completely natural, with no restoration, repair, or reconstruction. The enamel, root, and bourlette are preserved as found, retaining the characteristics developed during millions of years on the seafloor.

The tooth displays distinctive mineral staining across the enamel, creating warm amber and tan coloration against a lighter gray background. These natural variations formed during fossilization and long-term exposure to ocean conditions, giving the specimen a unique appearance while preserving the classic shape associated with Megalodon teeth.

Recovered from the Atlantic seabed, cleaned, and prepared for display, this specimen is well suited for a fossil collection, natural history display, curiosity cabinet, or office.
