This specimen remains completely natural, with no restoration, repair, or reconstruction. The enamel, root, bourlette, and serrated cutting edges are all preserved as found, offering an honest example of one of the ocean's most iconic fossil predators.
This fossil shark tooth features a visible bourlette and serrations along both cutting edges (often worn away after millions of years on the seafloor), as well as enamel in excellent condition. The tooth displays the subtle wear and character expected from a naturally recovered specimen while retaining many of the details collectors look for.
